Spencer has spent his life in the people helping people business. ​He graduated from high school from Williamsville South in Williamsville, NY.  He received an athletic scholarship to play lacrosse at Franklin Piece University, which was DII competition and was captain his junior and senior year. He has a Bachelor’s in Science in American History and an Minor in Advertising.  He was also a sports broadcaster for two years at his school.

 

      After college, he spent his career working in various hospitality operations.  Spencer has worked at Seneca Niagara Casino & Resort, Foxwoods Casino & Resort, Six Flags Theme Park, The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Newport, RI, Brierwood Country Club and different private restaurant groups.  He has spent his life building personal and profitable hospitality operations and skills. His focus and success lies with his customer service skills, communication and energy.  You will know this once you meet him ;)

      Spencer recently served a four year term as an elected Village Trustee in Ellicottville, NY.  He is the former Vice Chair of the Cattaraugus-Allegany Workforce Development Board, and currently serves on the Buffalo & Erie Country Workforce Investment Board.  He proudly to serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit music and arts company called Rock Autism.  Spencer helped create one of the first of its kind multi-media class for autistic children and adults in partnership with a local hospital and production company.  Spencer has been a member of the Expert Exam Development Committee for the National Restaurant Association.
